You won't be able to find a place with similar vibe anywhere — very particular and attentive to details with even the small side dishes.
The miso eggplant and ten-soba are recommended. The tempura was very well prepared — extremely light and fresh — and the cold soba was refreshing and delicious.

A soba shop you must visit at least once. Salmon sashimi rolls and grilled squid with butter are superb.
