[Aug 4 (Tue)] Fresh Catch Changed — Honmaguro (Bluefin Tuna) Akami Sashimi, in Place of Maaji
The maaji (Japanese horse mackerel) originally announced for Tuesday, August 4 could not be delivered due to a poor catch this week. We apologize for the sudden change. In its place, we are serving honmaguro (Pacific bluefin tuna) akami, flown direct from Japan, as sashimi. Limited quantity, while supplies last.
The fresh catch originally announced for Tuesday, August 4 was maaji (Japanese horse mackerel). Due to a poor catch this week, we were unable to bring it in as planned. We sincerely apologize for this last-minute change.
In its place, we are pleased to offer honmaguro (Pacific bluefin tuna) akami (the lean cut), flown direct from Japan, served as sashimi.
