After Six Months of Trials, Our Hot Soba Is Reborn as "Flat-Cut" Noodles
From Wednesday, July 15, 2026, our hot soba noodles change from thin-cut to flat-cut. After more than six months of trials, the new noodle carries our tsuyu more deeply, so every bite lifts the aroma of the soba and the umami of the broth together. We'd love to hear what you think.

Due to the Bangkok Governor and Metropolitan Council elections on Sunday, June 28, Thai law requires us to suspend all alcohol sales and service from 6:00 PM Saturday, June 27 to 6:00 PM Sunday, June 28. Food, soba, and soft drinks are served as usual.
